IDC created a personal and portable monitor that records a users heart beats and provides analysis via the Internet. IDC developed the product in just six months, which allowed the client to begin manufacturing immediately.

Over one million people a year suffer with irregular heartbeats in the UK alone, in fact, its 1 of the top 10 reasons why people end up going to the hospital. IDC developed a pocket sized product with a compact case which allows the user unrestricted mobility and constant heart monitoring.

IIDC developed the Personal Heart Monitor from concept to production. Medick’s main requirement was the product should be designed to have a professional feel and provide the user with the experience of a quality and reliable medical product. IDC worked closely with the toolmakers and the software engineers to ensure deliverables were achieved within the time frame and that each component of the products assembly was manufactured to the high quality expected of a sophisticated medical/consumer product.

The Medick MHM100 was designed by IDC to give any patient the reassurance and reliability that is necessary when it comes to healthy living.
