Environmental Regulation Compliance

Companies are increasingly being required to follow laws and regulations to implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) throughout the entire product life cycle. Meeting these new requirements will be a significant economic driver for businesses to implement sustainable design.

Many of the directives will increase costs for manufacturers and suppliers. However by actively adopting sustainable design, meeting the directives can be used as an opportunity to improve the design of products and processes and reduce costs.

We can help to assess and manage multiple changing requirements of various legislation and policies and provide technical advice and support on implementing strategies to meet these. Some of the regulations that we currently work to include WEEE, EU RoHS, China, RoHS, EuP, REACH, ELV, Packaging Directive, Batteries Directive, Landfill Directive, AccountAbility, Renewable Energy Targets and other government policies.
